How to Install BIBIM and Run Your First Task

This guide is for users who are new to BIBIM. It walks you through the entire setup process step by step — from downloading the open-source build, installing the add-in, registering your Claude API key, to running your first automation inside Revit or Dynamo. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1 — Open the landing page and start the download flow

On the hero section, click "Get the Open-Source Builds." The page scrolls down to the open-source section where the per-product downloads live.

Step 2 — Pick your build

In the open-source section, choose the build you need:

• BIBIM for Revit — adds an AI Add-in panel inside Revit.
• BIBIM for Dynamo — adds an extension that writes Python directly into the graph.

The two builds are independent. Install one, or both.

Supported versions

• Revit 2022 – 2026
• Dynamo for Revit 2024 – 2026

Click Download Revit or Download Dynamo for the build you want.
