These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BIBIM and related services ("Service") provided by SquareZero Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Korea ("Company").

Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its users ("Members") in connection with the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the BIBIM software and all related online services provided by the Company.
  2. "Member" refers to any individual or entity that agrees to these Terms and registers for an account.
  3. "Paid Service" refers to subscription plans (e.g., PRO, Enterprise) that require payment.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or communicated to Members.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms as necessary, provided that Members are notified at least 7 days prior to the effective date of any changes.
  3. If a Member does not agree to amended Terms, they may terminate their account. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Registration and Account)

  1. Registration is completed when the Company approves a user's application upon submission of required information.
  2. Members must provide accurate information and keep their account credentials secure. The Company is not liable for damages caused by a Member's failure to manage their account.

Article 5 (Provision of Service)

  1. The Company provides the Service as described on the website, including but not limited to: AI-powered command generation, node analysis, debugging tools, and related features.
  2. The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice to Members.

Article 6 (Member Obligations) Members shall not:

  1. Use another person's information or impersonate others.
  2. Engage in activities that disrupt the Service or infringe upon the rights of the Company or third parties.
