Effective Date: 20th February 2026
This policy governs the use of paid subscription services provided by SquareZero Inc. ("Company"), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Article 1 (Payment and Activation)
- Members may access paid features by prepaying the applicable subscription fee through the payment methods provided by the Company (credit card for domestic users via Payple; international payment methods via Lemon Squeezy).
- Upon successful payment, the Company immediately grants access to the subscribed plan's features, including software download and license activation.
Article 2 (Withdrawal and Refund)
- Refund within 7 days (Right of Withdrawal): Members may request a withdrawal of their subscription within 7 days of the payment date. However, the right of withdrawal may be restricted in the following cases:
- The Member has already downloaded software installation files through the Service.
- The Member has used the AI command generation feature one or more times.
- (In accordance with Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, where provision of digital content has commenced.)
- Mid-term Cancellation (Recurring Subscription Cancellation):
- Members may cancel their recurring subscription at any time through the dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, the current billing period's fee is non-refundable. Service access is maintained until the end of the current billing cycle (30 days from the last payment date). Automatic billing ceases after the current period ends, and the account is downgraded to the Free plan.
- Company's Liability: If the Service becomes unavailable due to reasons attributable to the Company, the Company will calculate and refund the remaining period on a pro-rata basis.
Article 3 (Refund Procedures)
- Members requesting a refund must contact customer support at [email protected].
- The Company will verify the refund eligibility and process the cancellation or refund within 3 business days.
Article 4 (Refund of Overpayments)
If an overpayment occurs, the Company shall refund the full overpaid amount using the same payment method as the original transaction. If a refund through the same method is not possible, the Company will notify the Member in advance.
